The strength of KMS is grounded in the proven experience of its founder, Robert H. Levine. Since 1979, Levine has been actively acquiring, developing and managing apartment complexes, retail centers and office properties. Levine also has redeveloped historic properties into congregate senior housing.

Keith A. Kraemer has over 27 years experience which includes 6 years with a public accounting firm and 21 years in the real estate industry. Kraemer has had an active role in the acquisition, construction and refinancing of the properties in the KMS portfolio. Kraemer has been with KMS Management since 1997.

Brian Kelley has over 19 years of experience in the multi-family industry overseeing a wide variety of apartment communities in several Midwest markets.   Kelley oversees the daily operation of the apartment portfolio as well as major renovation projects. Kelley has been with KMS since 1998.
